façades of St. Paul's, which as a whole recall Saint Peter's in Rome (which Wren only knew from prints) is far more attractive than its interior. The lovely twin towers and the dome make up a pleasing unit whose grace is, to a certain degree, lost in the cold interior which is further impaired by a number of Classical funerary groups.
